金目鯛のかぶと煮のハシゴ
夜になると気温差があるとはいえ春ですねぇ。
薬を飲んでも鼻のムズムズがとまりません(泣)。
ということで、もっと温かくなる前に今が旬の
金目鯛を連続で食べてみようではあーりませんか。
打ち合わせの延長戦としてそのまま某所へ移動。
まず、牛にこみで有名なところで、梅割りと
肉とうふからスタート。個人的には大将が
一番の名物だと思います。観ていて気持ちよし。
そして、金目鯛のかぶと煮なども。さて、移動。
今度は、色々と魚が食べたいので、連チャンで
有名店へとハシゴします。まず、ルービーに
すずき焼霜造り、めじな刺などから開始!!
里芋揚げ田楽に、生たらことわらび煮合わせで
春を感じつつ、至福の時間を過ごします。
シメに金目鯛のかぶと煮を。山菜こごみ天ぷらなど
他にも食べたいものが残っていますが、お開き。
近かったら毎日来たいと毎回思わせる名店です。
