蟹火鍋再び
先日お伝したように『WMC 2015 Sampler』をリリースし、
今年こそはマイアミに行く気でいたのですが、諸事情により
断念したため、代わりに蟹を食べに台北にやって来ました。
この時期を逃すと、当分食べれないこともあり恒例の蟹火鍋。
この店では花甲蟹鍋というのですが、こんな感じでグルグツ。
食べるときはこんな感じに色が変わります(当たり前か)。
そして、蟹肉蝦漿(漢字の通りカニとエビ入り!)投入。
プリプリで旨し!!! 蟹膏雲吞(カニ味噌ワンタン)も。
肉なども投入し、シメはこちらではメジャーだという
春雨(正式名称は葛粉條)。間にあって良かった。
