エイプリル・フール
特段つくような嘘もないので、通常運転です。
けっこうぶっきらぼうな店主としても有名な
もつ焼きの名店へ久々に。初の1番・2番手を
ゲットしたこともあり、頼んだ物が全て通る。
普通は当たり前のことが、この店では異なり、
この日も5番目くらいの人のオーダーを取っていて
「ない」とバッサリ。初めて同行した飲み仲間、
刷り込み済みなのに、「売り切れました」って
言わないんだ、と驚いておりました(笑)。
とはいえ、怖い人ではないので楽しく開始。
刺身系はガツ刺、子袋刺、ナンコツ刺を。
煮込みもトップなのでホネ入りでした!!
箸休め定番の大根酢なども挟みながら
焼きに突入。すぐなくなるタンスジも。
いやー、相変わらずのハイ・クオリティです。
あと、間違っても塩かタレとか言っちゃダメです。
店主のこだわりハンパない。ご馳走様でした。
