炙リル・ラヴィーン
標題から何の話か分かった貴方は天才です!!!!
先日、エイジング・ビーフ(熟成肉)を食べたあと、
打ち合わせに向かう際に発見して気になったお店、
改めて魚好きを連れ立ってすぐに行って参りました。
看板に謳われる“炙り焼”の文字と豊富な焼酎を中心と
したお酒の安さも気になっていたんです。いざ入店。
まずはルービーからスタート。さて何から炙ろうか。
干しさんま炙り焼
はたはた炙り焼
豆あじ炙り焼
本ししゃも炙り焼
面倒なのでこのあと写真なしですが、炙りまくり!
いやー、どれもこれも干したりした分、旨味が凝縮。
大山鶏のとり皮焼の塩も脂が乗ってグンバツでした。
今度は、少し多めな人数でガッツリ食べて飲みたい!
