サンクチュアリ
観光地化したとはいえ、まだまだ魅力のある聖地。
たまにはパトロールも必要。豚の生が禁止になった
その後も気になります。で、最初は定番のこちら。
いい位置で待機。目の前の煮込みが旨そうです。
まず梅割りからで、タン生と一緒にツアー開始。
今度はガツ生、煮込み、カシラ塩などなど。
レバの若焼きは食べれなくなりましたが、他の生は
一旦茹でてあるので、変わらず食べることが出来ます。
さて、その後はすぐさま斜めにピットイン。赤酢でGO。
残念ながらこの日は目当ての青柳がなしでした(涙)。
なので、幾つかツマんですぐさま次へ移動します。
線路沿いから建物の老朽化に伴い移転した串揚げ屋。
そして、出たあと、あるものをオーダーし、
お米屋さんがやっているお握りを求めて移動。
最後に、素揚げの鶏を受け取ってララバイ。
