ジビエ
PLM027、僕の「Wanna Kill U
さて、定期的に情報交換をし、互いに持っている手駒を
出し合う飲み仲間の案内で、ジビエを食べました。
で、ワイン系を幾つかいくのですが、今回は日本。
まず、煮込み(こちらは普通に牛です)から開始。
そして、手止めという、日によって入荷の異なる
野生肉の希少部位を、5種類順番に愉しみます!
まず、鹿(左)と猪(右)
うずら(左)と 雉(右)
真鴨(左)と子鹿(右)
いやー、それぞれの産地は失念しましたが(泣)、
滋味溢れる結構なお味でした。勿論、臭みもなし。
合間に、箸休めの長芋醤油漬などなども。
名物のつくね(猪、鹿のハツ、ナンコツ入り)も。
残念なのは、この日、熊の入荷がなかったこと。
でも、十分に堪能させていただきました。マル。
