One of the most famous compilation series in Japan returns with a slick collection of Balearic lounge and deep house tunes. DJ 19 delivered several tines and shows unique collaborations. DJ 19 has teamed up with JORGE GRACIA from CLUBBERVISION under the guise of JAPAIN – fusing the two countries together in this musical excursion, with Netherland's BLUESPARKLE who is known as a production partner of fellow Dutch DJ/producer C-JAY. Together DJ 19 and BLUESPARKLE form the guise of DEFINITION OF AFFRANCHISE. 

日本のコンピレーション文化の先鞭をつけたDJ 19による『Essence』シリーズに、『Essence – Resort Sessions』が登場。今後お目見えするアーティストを含め、19BOXのレーベル・アーティストが大集結。コンパイルはDJ 19。変名も含めDJ 19関連の未発表作品が多数。カヴァーでは、arlie RayをフィーチュアしたVALID EVIDENCEの「雨音はショパンの調べ」、AMBROZIAで「Arthur's Theme (Best That You Can Do)」（’81年全米No.1）を。コラボレーション系の新作としては、以前PARK LIMITED MUZIKでリリース経験のあるCLUBBERVISIONのJORGE GARCIAとJAPAIN、オランダのC-JAYのパートナーとして知られるBLUESPARKLEとDEFINITION OF AFFRANCHISEを結成。8/9一斉に配信開始。
